With all that’s going on this week it was decided that the Barry family would spend today at PI. All the kids and grandkids together. Gramps would have loved to see us all together spending time in a favorite place.
So far we have enjoyed everything about the day. Maya is loving the beach, obviously. She may never get clean again! We went for a nice morning walk with Daisy the dog (not ours) while everyone slept in. We’ve been swimming, well Andrew has anyway…the water is freezing. We went for a kayak while Maya took a good nap (probably her only one for the day). Now I’ve convinced the nieces to bild a huge castle for Sam & Maya to knock down when they wake up.
Though we’ll all have to leave tomorrow for the wake…it’s been a nice family day. We know bd (gramps) is making the sun shine down on us today!
